Nine-year-old Jacob is still raving about his first-ever Metro Kidz Summer Camp.

“I went to Metro summer camp for the first time this year. It was awesome!

“We had lots of fun. We went swimming and played games and we had a lot of activities to do. We had snacks. And the preacher preached about Jesus.”

Jacob is starting fourth grade with his good memories of summer camp and his fascination with school work. “My best subjects are math and reading. And social studies, too.”

When he’s not in school or doing homework, he’s staying active.

“When I’m out playing, I really like to play basketball. I’m pretty good at it.”
